I am an out-of-network provider for most PPO insurance plans. My focus is on providing high quality care and strong clinical outcomes rather than insurance driven treatment.
Can I use my insurance benefits?
Yes. I am happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan.
What are your fees?
50 minute individual session: $200
90 minute intake or EMDR intensive session: $300
How often will we meet and for how long?
Most clients attend sessions weekly, especially when working through trauma or using EMDR. While therapy looks different for everyone, many clients engage in therapy for six to nine months to reach and maintain meaningful, lasting change.
