A consultation is a low-pressure conversation, usually around fifteen minutes. I want to hear a little about what you are dealing with, answer your questions, and give you a real sense of how I work. There is no obligation, and it is a good chance for both of us to see if we are the right fit. 

As an LCSW, license number 131070, I use EMDR and CBT, both of which are well-researched, evidence-based approaches for trauma and anxiety. I work with adults and older adults, and I bring particular attention to age-related transitions that can make these concerns feel even more layered and complex.

That’s completely valid. Many clients come to me after other approaches didn’t stick. EMDR and somatic therapy are designed to go deeper, helping your body and brain integrate healing together.

Yes. I see clients via telehealth throughout California, so distance is not a barrier. Whether you are in San Diego, La Mesa, East County San Diego or elsewhere in the state, we can meet virtually in a way that is private, convenient, and just as focused as in-person work.
